Founded in 2021 by Douglas Stracaluzi, NetZero Insulation Technologies delivers high-quality insulation and air sealing and mold remediation with a focus on integrity, precision, and rebate transparency.

Based in Rhode Island, the company is fully licensed and partners with Rhode Island Energy’s EnergyWise program to help homeowners access up to 100% off air sealing and 75-100% off insulation, depending on fuel type.

NetZero’s goal is to make energy upgrades simple, honest, and accessible. We handle everything from rebate coordination to final installation, including mold remediation when needed, so customers get maximum protection with minimal hassle.
